The hotel had excellent facilities, including a well-maintained room and beautiful surroundings with greenery. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel provided hourly shuttle service to the beach and had provisions like towels and chairs available. The 24-hour room service and the kitchen's willingness to cut up fruit we had bought were also appreciated.

The relaxed atmosphere, the obliging & very helpfull staff and to a certain degree the shopping facilities, basing this to Kuta for shopping.

1. Need more ironing boards - the reason I have mentioned this is becasue apparently ther was only one, and a few rooms needed it at the same time so we had to do our ironing quickly 2. the word spa, at least to us means a jekusie, otherwise say beauty spa.

The air condotioner was not cool enough to relieve the hot humid air in the room and the restaurent.

Particularly good views of swimming pool and satisfactory breakfasts with fresh fruit and a taste for everyone, as example. Nice rooms and nice bathrooms...

The free parking was onsite, top-notch service. The charming location was right by Bali National Golf Resort. Convenience stores and stores were right next door...

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I had a great experience. The location was perfect, situated in a nice area that allowed me to explore the surroundings. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a traditional Balinese style and lush greenery all around. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely Balinese decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any request. The facilities were top-notch, including a fitness center and a spa where I enjoyed a relaxing treatment. I also appreciated the shuttle bus service that took me to the private beach, which was absolutely stunning with crystal blue waters and golden sands.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

I loved the room (#228), it's way in the back, secluded, the balcony doesn't have much of a view but it's nice and private. The bathroom is more than adequate and spacious.

The breakfast could be better, but it's not bad or anything.

The staff are friendly and helpfull, the location of the hotel is a little out of the way but not too far to walk to great food places.

The Thursday fogging for insects, may or may not be neccessary I have no information either way, but it is not a good idea to be there when they do it.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the stunning Balinese surroundings. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs, providing delicious gluten-free meals. The spa center was a beautiful sanctuary, and the pool and grounds were magnificent. The hotel had a charming Balinese feel and was impeccably clean. The restaurant had a great selection and the food was exceptional. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in 4 hours early. The room was spacious and luxurious with a rustic vibe. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The hotel provided free shuttles to a beautiful beach and a nearby shopping center. The swimming pools were clean and surrounded by coconut trees. great value for money.

The design of the hotel was exotic and had very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were all friendly, professional and always greeting with smiles. We had a great time staying there.

I had an amazing stay at Grand Bali. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel is located near a private beach, which was absolutely stunning with its white sandy shores. The staff, especially Mbak Yuni, Mas Deddy, and Mas Desra, were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are also many nice restaurants within walking distance, including one with live music and delicious food called Kenja.
